Custom Management:
-Under common situation, We can accept customer's special request on ceramic products' design, such as the products' material, size, shape, color, logo, etc.;
-Normally, We can make the samples and mass products according to customer supplied real samples or original design; If we can not reach customer's request, we would supply our suggestion and afford all customer's loss;
-Under the situation that customers only have an idea about his products, We can make some original draft design for customers freely, For detail, which would be depended on mutual negotiation and agreement;

Samples, samples leading time and samples freight:
-For our existing and similar sample, which can be free, but only for one or two samples, time would be within 5 working days;
-For making orignal design samples, 7 to 10 working days would be needed; This kind of samples can not be free for new customers, For old customers, we can supply them freely but under negotiation and agreement;
-For the samples' delivery freight, we do not afford any kind of samples freight for new customers; We afford all of the samples delivery freight for old customers;
-All of the samples and their freight will be refunded after the order is confirm, customers can cut the cost from the deposit;

Quality Guarantee:
-Food Safety, Microwave and dishwasher safe;
-A-A, A-B, A-C quality grade; Meets the U.S.A and European market standards;
-CE/EU, SGS, FDA, LFGB test report is passed and available if required, according to customer's request;
-Testing food safety report from chinese government commodity inspection, IE. CIQ;
-Any special request on the quality, please do ask us, Normally, we would reach every customer's detail and special request overall;

Production leading time and Delivery time:
-According to company's rule, we will arrange the mass production only after confirming the order's deposit;
-The Production time should be calculated from deposit confirmed time to all of the products to be finished;
-The delivery time would be depended on the shipment arrangement, Normally, The products can be loaded on the ship within two weeks after the production time;
-For one 20" container; the production leading time will be within 40-50 days after confirming the deposit;
-For one 40" container; the production leading time will be within 50-60 days after confirming the deposit;

Packing list:
-Exporting Standard packing, normally;
-inner box and master carton;
-12pcs per inner egg box; 48pcs per master carton;
-Without special requestes from customer, we would pack in such way, any special request on packing issue, please do supply your comments;
